It is scary and overwhelming to think there is more you should be doing. But it doesn’t have to be overwhelming! In fact, taking the time to work through this program can lead to you feeling more, ready, confident, and in control. This program not only provides the specific warm-up routines, exercises, mobility, and recovery for your shoulder care but also mindset principles to help you be successful! It is hard to show up day after day when we feel burnt out, in pain, and overwhelmed that we just don’t know how to feel better. This program is here to help.

  • The program was designed with club volleyball athletes in mind as they tend to have the least access to this information and are in the most need. However, this information and program can benefit any athlete, club, college and beyond. I also highly encourage parents of athletes to listen to many of the videos as the information provided is some of the most empowering part of the program to help families navigate the health of their athlete!

  • You will have access to the program for life! You can purchase the program for use of your whole family if you have multiple athletes growing up playing the sport of volleyball. I do always ask that you keep this lifetime access within your immediate household.

  • The program comes with 3 variations that you can choose to commit to based on your available time, what other training you may be doing, and the type of equipment you have at home. It also talks you through how to choose the program best for you. You will always have access to all 3 and can switch to another version if needed. While there are basic exercises that will benefit all athletes, one goal of the program is to empower athletes to learn about the specific needs of their body and empower them with the confidence to own self-care and arm care as one way to help their performance.

  • The program was designed with the volleyball athlete in mind. While much of the program may apply to overhead athletes in general, it was meant to assist the volleyball athlete specifically. Therefore, if you do not play volleyball, this probably isn’t the program for you.
